then…

Create a memory palace using the following grocery list:

eggs

milk

tomatoes

almonds

bacon

shoes

cheese

shampoo

toilet paper

soup

Focus

Trace 10 figure 8 patterns with each hand

WOD:

5 rounds:

10 wall ball

15 push ups

20 double unders

For each set of wall ball, recite the grocery list. For each word you forget, count a penalty. One penalty consists of 2 burpees. Post total time and total burpees done to comments.
