Warm up:

30 seconds skipping on the left foot
30 seconds of skiers (hopping left and right while skipping)
30 seconds rest
Then, looking out a window, focus on the farthest object. Slowly bring your focus in, focusing on the next closest object.

10 figure 8 patterns
WOD:
2 rounds
20 pull-ups
30 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 squats
Then, print out the number grid pattern below, and hold it in front of you. Also, hang a calendar on a wall on the other side of the room. Go through each number – focus on the small number in front of you, and then find the same number on the calendar. Go through each number until you get to 30. Easy? Move the small number chart closer to your face. Aim to complete the activity with the number chart within 3 inches of your face.
