Warm up:

3 rounds

10m Bear Crawl

2 narrow stance squats

2 wide stance squats

2 toes out squats

2 natural stance squats

Between each round, complete 5 math questions from the first worksheet.

Focus drill:

Basic dot drill 30seconds

1 foot dot drill 30 seconds

other foot dot drill 30 seconds


10m of high knee skipping

1 burpee with a long jump

1 burpee with a tuck jump

1 burpee with a regular jump

5 rounds for time

When you are finished the WOD, complete as many questions as possible in 1 minute from the 2nd worksheet. Post WOD time and number of correct answers to comments.
