Warm up:

2 rounds

30 second forward bear crawl

30 second lateral bear crawl left

30 second lateral bear crawl right

30 second backwards bear crawl

30 seconds rest

Focus: figure 8’s – 10 with right hand, alternating direction; 10 with left hand, alternating direction

WOD:

400m run

10 one-arm dumbell snatches, right arm

10 one-arm dumbell snatches, left arm

Write the alphabet, in cursive, on one line, without lifting your pen.

10 one-arm dumbell snatches, left arm

Flip your page upside down and copy the alphabet that you wrote before. When you are finished, you should have 2 alphabets, one on top of the other, oriented in the same direction.
