Daily Challenge: Eye Tracking

For this workout, you will need a grade/age appropriate book.

Warm up:

3 rounds-

10 single skips

10 right leg skips

10 left leg skips

10 crossover skips

10 skier skips

Then, count the number of bricks in a line on a wall, or ceiling tiles, or floor tiles.

Focus:

Using just your eyes, trace 10 figure 8 patterns on the wall.

WOD:

AMRAP 10 minutes:

10 double unders or 30 singles

Read 1 line of the book – skip every 2nd word.

10 double unders or 30 singles

Read the same line – alternate words.

Each round, start a new line of the book.
