Today’s BrainWOD: “Number Carry”

Warmup:3x or 5:00
10 jumping jacks => 2 forward rolls => 10 walking lunges => handstand walk or bear crawl => 10 squats => 10 one-legged side-to-side hops, each leg => 50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter sprint

Workout:

Students are given two numbers (see scaling below.)

They work through an obstacle course.

Students find the combination of their two numbers on a worksheet list. The combination may be the result of addition, subtraction, multiplication or division, depending on age.

After circling the number, they work through the obstacle course backward and retrieve two more numbers.

Goal: maximum numbers circled in 12:00.

Ages 4-6: addition only, 1-10

Ages 6-9: addition and subtraction, 1-20

Ages 10-15: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, 1-20

Ages 16+: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, 1-50
