Warm up:
Agility ladder work – 5 minutes
Each minute, take 10 seconds to stop and list as many words that come to mind when you hear the following words (one word per minute):
brick
cheese
cup
paper
weight
Focus:
figure 8’s on big chalk board or white board, large whole arm movement: 10 with the right hand, 10 with the left hand
WOD:
10m forward plank walk
10m backward plank walk
10m plank walk left
10m plank walk right
sprint 100m
3 rounds.
After each sprint, set a timer for 1 minute. During that minute, speak about the following topics:
1 – driving a car
2 – swimming in a lake
3 – reading a newspaper
