Daily Challenge: Categories

Warm up:

3 rounds:

U-pattern bear crawl (forwards, sideways, backwards; repeat)

10 squats

20 jumping jacks

30 walking lunges

Then, in 1 minute, write as many words as you can in the category: body weight exercises.

Focus:

Zombie walks: with your arms out in front of you like a “zombie”, walk forward and kick the opposite hand with your foot. Kick your left foot to your right hand and your right foot to your left hand. Perform 20 Zombie walks in total.

WOD:

3 rounds, as quickly as possible:

36 double-unders
12 overhead squats
8 knees-to-elbows

Between each round, stop for 30 seconds and write as many words as possible in the following categories:

1st round: European countries

2nd round: fruit

3rd round: Brands of vehicles

Post your total time and total number of words to comments.
