Warm up:

Using this list of words: bear, box, shelf, rope, stair, apple – recite the list of words between each round of the warm-up.

3 rounds

10m bear crawl (5m forward, 5m backwards)

15 lateral hops

5 squats

Focus: Trace an “x” pattern 10 times with your right hand, 10 times with your left hand.

WOD:

You have 90 seconds to learn this list of words:

hat

Then, between each round of the workout, recall as many words as possible in 45 seconds.
