Warm up:

3 rounds:

5-box jumps => 10 squats => 10 lunge steps => alligator crawl => forward roll => 50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter carioca

then, make as many words as possible in 30 seconds with the following letters:

Focus:

Perform 10 overhead figure 8 patterns with a medicine ball in both hands.

WOD:

15:00 AMRAP
6 pull-ups
8 box jumps
10 squats

After performing the squats, form 3 words from the following letters and then move on to the next round:
