10m shuttle run

10m cross over left

10m cross over right

then…

In 30 seconds, how many words can you make with the following letters?

p-c-a-t-c-y-i

Focus:

30 seconds of basic dot drill

WOD:

12min AMRAP:
10 thrusters
10 burpees
100-meter run

followed by: As many words as possible in 1 minute for each set, using these sets of letters:

1) a-m-a-s-n-t-i

2) g-l-t-i-a-y-i

3) o-v-n-t-e-e-m-m

4) u-d-a-f-m-e-t-l-a-n-n-s
