Daily Challenge: Visual

For this workout you will need a book – a novel, textbook, magazine, or newspaper – that is at your level of reading.

Warm up:

3 rounds

10m bear crawl

10 lateral hops

5 push ups

Read one line of text forwards and backwards after each round.

Focus Drill: trace figure 8 10 times with right hand, 10 times with left hand.


5 rounds, as quickly as possible:

5 stinkbugs

7 jumping squat, landing on a line

9 mountain climbers

Between each round, read one paragraph of text skipping every 2nd word. Then, read the same paragraph of text reading the alternate  words on the line.
