Daily Challenge: Visual Perception

Warm up:

3 rounds

20 seconds high knee running on the spot

5 walking lunges

5 walking lunges on a line

Between each round, track an X from the top right corner to the bottom left corner of the room. Track from the top left corner to the bottom right corner – 10 times.

Focus:

Figure-8’s: Trace a figure 8 using your finger on the floor or wall, 10 times with each hand.

 

WOD:

21-15-9

mountain climbers

tuck jumps

side to side hops

Then… Draw the “bear” or “lizard” picture in mirror image, as quickly as possible. Post total time for WOD to comments.
