Daily Challenge: Visual

Warm up:

10m bear crawl x 2

10 lateral hops

5 pushups

3 rounds

then, in cursive, write the alphabet forwards, and then backwards.

Focus:

Trace an X pattern 10 times with your right hand, 10 times with your left hand.

WOD:

5 stinkbugs

7 jumping squats, landing on a line

9 mountain climbers

5 rounds, for time.

Then, as quickly as possible, copy the following patterns.  Post WOD times and Copy Challenge times to comments.
