Daily Challenge: Touchy Numbers

Warm up:

3 rounds:

10 squats – 10 jumping jacks – 10 mountain climbers – 2 forward rolls – 2 backward rolls

Focus:

Trace a figure 8 pattern 5 times each direction with each hand.

WOD:

3 rounds:

1 forward roll

10m bear crawl

10 squats

10 burpee long jumps

Then, complete the following puzzle:

Write the numbers 1 to 8 in the squares so that adjacent squares (touching at an edge or corner) have numbers that differ by at least two. For instance, the 2 cannot be in any of the squares surrounding the 1. There is more than one solution. Post total time to comments.
