Daily Challenge: Timed Writing

Warm up:

9-7-5

basic dot drill

carioca to the right

carioca to the left

Focus:

10 times mirror image figure 8’s, with right and left hands

WOD:

5 rounds, for time.

2 box jumps

1 burpee lateral hop to the right

1 burpee lateral hop to the left

2 lateral box jumps (alternating to the left then right)

Then, with a 5 minute clock running, write as much as you can about “Weather Patterns”. Post WOD time and number of words written to comments.
