Daily Challenge: Storytelling

Warm up:

2 rounds:

5 sit ups

Then, have a partner read one word at a time to you. Talk about that word for 30 seconds, then move on to the next word.

Focus:

30 seconds of figure 8’s

WOD:

You will make up a story using the following list of words. Your partner will read you the list of words, one at a time, while you tell your story. Each word must be incorporated into your story. Then, switch and do the same for your partner with the second list of words.

Flower
