By December 10, 2012wod

Warm up:

10 skips

10m bear crawl

10 squats

10m army crawl

10 hollow rocks

Then, with your right eye closed, write your full name in cursive writing.

Then, with your left eye closed, write your full name in cursive writing.

Focus:

Trace a figure 8 pattern 10 times with your right eye closed, and then 10 times with your left eye closed.

WOD:

5 rounds:

5 Kettlebell snatches, right arm

10 front squats with the kettlebell, right arm

5 kettlebell snatches, left arm

10 front squats with the kettlebell, left arm

Then, as quickly as possible, write the following nursery rhyme in cursive while one eye is closed. At each new line, alternate which eye is closed.

Old King Cole was a merry old soul, and a merry old soul was he;
He called for his pipe in the middle of the night
And he called for his fiddlers three.
Every fiddler had a fine fiddle, and a very fine fiddle had he;
Oh there’s none so rare as can compare
With King Cole and his fiddlers three.

Post total time to comments. Was there any difference in your quality of cursive handwriting depending on the eye that you had open?
