Daily Challenge: Reverse Categories

Warm up:

2 rounds:

10 squats

forward roll

10 push ups

forward roll

20 second plank

forward roll

10 walking lunges

forward roll

then… Write as many colours as you can in 30 seconds.

Focus:

20 Zombie walks – with your arms straight out in front of you, kick your  left leg to your right hand, and then your right leg to your left hand

WOD:

AMRAP 7 minutes:

14 burpees
7 hang squat snatch
100-meter run

then…

Organize the following words into categories, and give the categories a title:

flower

house

giraffe

gym

store

hippopotamus

grass

daffodil

garage

pine tree

post office

sunflower

library

iguana

 

Post rounds completed and titles of categories to comments.
