Daily Challenge: Remembering Long Lists

Warm up:

3x
10 squats => 5 push-ups => 2 cartwheels => 10 lunge steps => 50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter back pedal

Then, take 90 seconds to learn this word list:

coffee

cupboard

plate

pencil

paper

card

man

face

truck

coin

picture

tree

road

apple

orange

Recall the word list to someone. Take 4 trials, reading the list, and then recalling as many as possible. Note how many words you remember on the 4th trial.

Focus:

Trace a figure 8 pattern for 30 seconds.

WOD:

100m run

100m backwards run

50m side shuffle

50m other side shuffle

Then, take 90 seconds to learn this list of words:

Recall as many words as possible.
