Daily Challenge: Quick Addition

Warm up:

Bear crawl => 2 forward rolls => basic dot drill x 10 => 50-meter side shuffle => 50-meter bum kickers => vault

then…

As quickly as possible, add the digits of your phone number together.

Focus:

10 jumping jacks

10 right arm-left leg only jumping jacks

10 left arm-right leg only jumping jacks

Between each round, add up the digits of the following phone numbers:

1) your workplace

2) a friend’s house

3) your parent’s house

4) a relative
