Warm up:

2 rounds:

10m sprint

10m shuffle left

10m shuffle right

5 basic dot drill

Focus:

10 mirror image figure 8’s with both hands

10 mirror image figure 8’s with both hands in the opposite direction

WOD:

3 rounds:
3 burpees

4 pushups

5 sit ups

Then… How many pushups can you do in 30 seconds? Repeat this challenge 3 times. Between each attempt, complete 1 of the sequences below:
