Warm up:

3 rounds:

5 burpees => forward roll => army crawl => basic dot drill x 10 => 4x20m shuttle run

Then, take 1 minute to learn this grocery list:

apples

chicken

fish

almonds

yogurt

eggs

peppers

squash

tuna

zucchini

tahini

olive oil

Focus:

Trace 10 figure 8 patterns.

WOD:

5 rounds
3 thrusters
6 push ups
24 double-unders

Between each round, move the first item in the list 2 places down and repeat the list out loud.
