Daily Challenge: Handwriting

Intention: to improve awareness in handwriting; processing speed

Warm-up:

5 rounds

5 broad jumps

5 lateral hops to the right

5 lateral hops to the left

10 lateral hops alternating right to left

Double-doodle air alphabet: as though you are conducting an orchestra, write out the alphabet in cursive with both hands (hands mirror each other).

Focus drill: 30 seconds figure 8 – each side

WOD:

3 rounds for time:

Run 400m

Without lifting your pen, write the alphabet in cursive from a to z. 

Run 400m backwards

Without lifting your pen, write the alphabet in cursive BACKWARDS from z to a.
