Daily Challenge: Handwriting the Months

Warm up:

3 rounds

1 agility ladder pass

10 jumping jacks

10 push ups

10 walking lunges

Between each round, write the full alphabet in cursive, linked.

Focus:

2 rounds

10 right leg skips (with a skipping rope)

10 left leg skips

10 crossover skips

WOD:

6 rounds
10 double unders
5 pull-ups
10 double unders
5 burpees

After each set of double unders, write (in cursive) a month of the year forwards (from left to right) AND backwards (from right to left).  Don’t forget your capital letters. Start with December and work backwards through the months.
