then…

Complete the handwriting warm up (1 row of each):

overhand loops

underhand loops

forward slashes

backward slashes

“waves”

upside down “waves”

 

Focus:

Trace 10 figure 8 patters with each hand

WOD:

For time: 10 rounds of Cindy
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

Between each round of Cindy, write a line of the national anthem in cursive writing.
