Warm up:

3 rounds

10m bear crawl

10 squats

10m duck walk

10 hollow rocks

10m army crawl

10 mountain climbers

Then, on a lined piece of paper, complete 1 line each of the following:

– waves

– loops

– upside down loops

– forward slashes

– backward slashes

– overstroke

– understroke

Focus:

Trace a figure 8 pattern 10 times per hand

WOD:

8-6-4-2
KB swings
2-4-6-8
Handstand push-ups or stinkbugs
8-6-4-2
Pull-ups

Then, write the numbers one to ten in word form in the best cursive writing you can. Immediately after, write the numbers ten to one in word form, backwards.
