Daily Challenge: Handwriting

Warm up:

3 rounds:

25 jumping jacks

10 squat jumps

5 kick to handstand attempts

Focus: trace a figure 8 pattern with your finger 10 times on each hand

WOD:

2 rounds:

30 second bear crawl

30 second bear crawl to the left

30 second bear crawl to the right

Between each round, write out the “Alphabet 8’s”

After the first round, write it out with your right hand.

After the second round, write it out with your left hand.
