Daily Challenge: Hand-Eye Coordination

Warm up:

10m shuttle x2

5 broad jumps

10 pushups (alternate looking and reaching with left hand an right hand at the top of each pushup)

3 rounds

Focus: Basic dot drill 10 x; basic dot drills with right hand, while in plank position: 5x; basic dot drills with left hand, while in plank position: 5x.

 

WOD:

3 rounds for time:

40 wall balls: use a tennis ball and aim for a target 10′ high. Alternate what hands you throw and catch with. Throw and catch right, throw and catch left.

30 Walking lunges

20 pushups

10 pullups
