3 rounds:
forward roll => army crawl => monkey bar pass => 10 one-legged side-to-side hops, each leg => 10 walking lunges => 10 mountain climbers
Then, on an 8×10 sheet of paper, take 3 minutes to draw a picture of a monster.
Then, draw a 3×3 grid pattern over the sheet of paper. Number each square of the grid from 1-9.
Focus
Draw 10 figure 8 patterns.
WOD
5 rounds:
10 front squats
20 kettlebell swings
10 pull-ups
20 sit-ups
After each round, have a coach call out a new number from 1 to 9. Draw the contents of that square.
