Daily Challenge: Following Directions

For some people, following directions is a simple task. Listen to what’s being asked, and follow through with it. It requires the person to have the focus and attention to process what is being asked, the task initiative to begin the task, and if there are multiple directions, the working memory to remember what has been asked of them. The following activity requires the first part: focus and attention. Complete the workout, and then immediately, follow the directions given, as quickly as possible.

Buy in:

Bear crawl 35 M => Sprint 100 M => 15 Box jumps (or jumps over small hurdles) => 5 high hurdles or 10 tuck jumps


Three 3 minute rounds of as many reps as possible of:
10 Burpees
10 Pull ups
