Warm up:

3 rounds:

10m bear crawl–>10 jumping jacks–> 1om crab walk–>10 mountain climbers–>10second plank hold–>10 squats

then…

4x10m shuttle run, using tweezers or salad tongs to shuttle beads or bean bags from one end to the other.

Focus:

Draw 5 figure 8 patterns, per hand, per direction.

WOD:

5 rounds:

1 minute of 10m shuttle run, shuttling beads from one end to the other using tweezers – for max beads shuttled

5 handstand pushups

10 hollow rocks

15 squats

Post total time and total number of beads shuttled.
