Daily Challenge: Eye Tracking

Warm up:

3 rounds

10m shuttle run

10m cross over left foot

10m cross over right foot

After the 2nd round: complete the Numbers pattern by drawing a line from 1 to 2, 2 to 3, etc. Do not go through numbers, you must go around numbers. Otherwise, take the most direct path from number to number.

After the 3rd round: complete the Letters pattern by drawing a line from A to B, B to C, etc. Do not go through letters, you must go around letters. Otherwise, take the most direct path.

Focus:

infinity symbol: 10 times right hand, 10 times left hand

WOD:

3 rounds

5 squats

10 jumping lunges

10m shuttle run x 4

then…

as quickly as possible, complete the Numbers and Letters pattern by drawing a line following this pattern: A1B2C3, etc. Same rules apply as in warm up.
