Daily Challenge: Eight Letter Challenge

Warm up:

3x
Bear crawl => 2 forward rolls => army crawl => 10 long jumps => dip walk => basic dot drill x 10 => agility course

Then, make as many words as you can in 1 minute with the following letters (not all letters must be used in every word):

t-a-s-m-k-u-h-n

Focus:

Trace a figure 8 pattern 10 times with each hand, and then trace a figure 8 pattern 10 times in each direction with a medicine ball in your arms.

WOD:

3 rounds:

Complete 1 round, and then complete one eight letter challenge in 1 minute:
10 knees-to-elbows
15 push-ups
200-meter row
