Army crawl => forward roll => balance beam => 5 one-legged side-to-side hops, each leg => 25-meter high-knee skip => 25-meter carioca

then, complete the handwriting warm up:

-line of o’s

-line of linked, cursive e’s

-line of linker, cursive i’s

Focus

Trace 10 x patterns with each hand

WOD:

3 rounds
200-meter run
6 front squats
12 pull-ups
6 front squats

Then, as quickly as possible, in cursive, write a country name for each letter of the alphabet.
