Daily Challenge: Connect the Dots

Warm up:

3 rounds:

5 burpees => bear crawl => forward roll => 10 walking lunges => 5 squats => 2 broad jumps


Trace a figure 8 pattern with your eyes only, 10 times.

Then, close one eye and trace a figure 8 pattern 5 times. Close the other eye and trace the pattern 5 times.


3 rounds:

10m bear crawl

5 box jumps

10m bear crawl

5 pull ups

10m bear crawl

5 push ups

then, as quickly as possible, complete the connect the dots pattern below.
