Warm up:


2 lengths each of bear crawl, crab walk, army crawl

3 forward rolls, 2 backward rolls, 1 length of log roll

then, spend 5 minutes working on the agility ladder, practice basic patterns, as well as more complex patterns


Start a running clock, at the same time starting the category word search. Every 30 seconds, stop and do 2 burpees.
