Daily Challenge: Alphabet Frenzy

Warm up:

3 rounds:
10 big arm circles forward/backward => 10 small arm circles forward/backward =>10 jumping jacks => bear crawl => forward roll  => 10 squats => 50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter back pedal

Then, in cursive handwriting, write the entire alphabet on one line, continuously.

Then, write the entire alphabet backwards, in cursive handwriting, on one line, continuously.

WOD:

8:00 AMRAP
10 walking lunges,
12 wall ball shots,
24 double-unders

Then, as quickly as possible, write the alphabet upside down, in cursive, on one line, continuously (you may use your first line from the warm up as a guide).

Post total rounds and time for upside down alphabet to comments.
