Daily Challenge: Alphabet Challenge

Warm up:

3 rounds:

10 dot drills

1 pass through agility ladder

10 squats

10 jumping jacks

10 mountain climbers

Between each round, say the alphabet aloud.

Focus:

10 figure 8 patterns per hand

WOD:

9-7-5

Pull ups

Overhead Squats

Then, as quickly as possible, say the alphabet backwards. If you say an incorrect letter, start again from “z”.

Post total time to comments.
