Daily Challenge: Alphabet Categories

Warm up:

3 rounds:

10 squats => bear crawl => balance beam walk => basic dot drill x 10 => 50-meter run

 then, print out each letter of the alphabet as neat as possible, in lower case.

Focus:

Trace a figure 8 pattern 10 times with each hand.

 

WOD:

For time:

12-9-6
Box jumps
KB swings
Knees-to-elbows

Then, organize the letters of the alphabet into logical categories, based on their shape.

Post total time and category titles to comments.
