Daily Challenge: Addition Squares

Warm up:

10m shuttle run x 4

10 line hops

10m shuttle run x4

8 squats

10m shuttle run x4

6 push ups

Then, add up the total number of reps completed (not including the shuttle runs).

Focus:

Using your whole arm, trace 10 giant figure 8 patterns on the wall.

WOD:

2:00 AMRAP
Kettlebell swings, 24kg/16kg
Rest 2:00
2:00 AMRAP
Double-unders

Repeat.

Fill in the empty boxes so that each row, column, long diagonal, and outlined set of squares adds up to 38.
