Daily Challenge: 30 Second Stories

Warm up

Bear crawl => forward roll => 10 line hops => crab walk => basic dot drill x 10 => 5 burpees

Then… write everything you know about “water” for 30 seconds.

Focus:

10 basic dot drill patterns

WOD:

4 rounds

100m run

10 pull ups

10 squats

10 push ups

Between each round, write or talk for 30 seconds about the following topics:

1- Squats

2- my favourite book

3- Things to do in the summer

4- Things you find in a tree
