Warm up:

3 rounds:

Bear crawl => basic dot drill x 10 => 50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter back pedal => vault


10 figure 8’s with your right hand

10 figure 8’s with your left hand


10minute amrap:

1-arm dumbell snatch

1-arm dumbell overhead squat

1-arm dumbell push press

Alternate arms through complex, for a total of 10 complexes, followed by:

200m row


Complete as many long division questions as possible in 3 minutes:

long division

Answers are provided. Only check your answers after 3 minutes is up.
