Spread a full deck of cards facedown at one end of a shuttle run course. We use 12′, 24′ and 36′ for shuttle distances.
Athletes sprint to the first shuttle line, do a burpee and return; sprint to the second shuttle line, do a burpee and return; sprint to the third, do a burpee and return.
They flip over 5 cards. Every match they make is one point.
They return to the shuttle run before flipping over more.
Up to 4 players can use the same deck of cards. Most points wins.
