10m sprint – recall one word upon return
20m sprint – recall two words upon return
30m sprint – recall three words upon return
Aim to recall max words in 10:00.
Participants sprint 10m to a clipboard holding a list of words, commit one word to memory, and sprint back to tell the coach (or record it on a piece of paper or whiteboard.) Then they sprint 20m and commit two words form a different list to memory, sprint back and record those. Finally, they sprint 30m, commit three words to memory, and record those for a total of six words on the whiteboard. Then they start over at 10m again.
