
“Crime Scene”
Leave 10-20 items on the gym (or classroom) floor.
Send the athletes out for a run or warmup. Put the items away.
Workout:
1 minute of max reps at each station:
A) double-unders
B) KB swings
C) Pullups
1 minute rest. Perform 5 rounds.
Then: recall as many of the “crime scene” items as possible in 3:00.
