Draw a random noun from a hat, an online word generator, or have a friend dictate.
Start a clock on 3,2,1…go! and talk uninterrupted about that noun for 30 seconds.
Take a 10-second break, even if it means breaking midsentence.
Continue for as many rounds as possible (or choose a different noun after 4 rounds.)
