Warm Up:
1:00 each
shuttle runs
leg swings
plank
plate press
squats

then, balloon activity: spend about 3 or 4 minutes on each round.

Round 1: Keep up 2 balloons
Round 2: Pass a small ball in circles around your waist while keeping up a balloon with your feet
Round 3: Soccer while playing keep up with your balloon. Each player gets their own balloon to keep up throughout the whole game. 3 points for a goal, 1 point for the opposing team if balloon drops. Goals do not count if the balloon is on the ground.
