Warm up:

3 rounds:

Bear crawl 25m, 2 forward rolls, 3 strict pull-ups, 10 squats, 10 push-ups

then…

Using an agility ladder, do a basic pattern (in and out), counting by 2’s each time. Do one round using even numbers, one round using odd numbers.

Focus:

Ten figure 8 patterns with each hand.

WOD:

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

10 thrusters

15 kettlebell swings

One pass through agility ladder: on the first round – count by 2’s, second round- by 3’s, third round – by 4’s, fourth round – by 5’s… and so on.
