Logic, Planning and Organization Activity
Here is a list of exercises:

30 jumping jacks
20m Bear crawl
Row 400m
2 front rolls
20 pull ups
20 push ups
20 squats
20 toe touches
20 arm circles
20 long jumps

0:30 Rest

Have the athlete, organize the order. They may complete the exercises in any order they choose. They must verbally explain their logic and organization strategy.
Increase or decrease the reps as necessary for your age group!
